On November 29, 2021, the 8th meeting of the 9th board of directors of HEC Group was held in Yidu base, Hubei. Group chairman Zhang Yushuai, board rotating chairman Lu Yuxin, directors Tang Xinfa, Zhu Yingwei, Zhang Hongwei, and Deng Xinhua attended the meeting, and group supervisors Hu Zhidong, Zhou Lin, and Wei Cailiang attended the meeting.
The meeting listened to the directors' reports on the recent operating conditions of the industries or fields they are in charge of, and focused on discussing the development layout of key projects in the electronic new materials industry; reviewed the report on the group's asset inventory and the main processing principles; agreed to establish a group procurement system control system and the proposal to appoint a procurement supervision committee; agreed to establish a scientific expert committee of the board of directors and appointed Professor Xiong Yuqing as the chairman; discussed and determined the time, place and meeting method of the group's annual meeting.
Develop well now and plan well for the future. In order to promote the company's higher-quality development, the board of directors requires continuous strengthening and improvement of the internal control management system, comprehensive budget system, cadre and talent training, performance appraisal system, and information system construction.
