On October 26, 2021, the 7th meeting of the 9th board of directors of HEC Group was held at the headquarters. Group Chairman Zhang Yushuai, Board of Directors Rotating Chairman Deng Xinhua, Directors Tang Xinfa, Lu Yuxin, Zhu Yingwei, Zhang Hongwei, and Zhang Liang attended the meeting, and Group Supervisors Hu Zhidong, Zhou Lin, and Wei Cailiang attended the meeting.
This meeting mainly listened to reports on the operating conditions of each of the three major industries of new electronic materials, medicine, and great health in the first three quarters of 2021, and fully discussed the development strategic planning of key industries of new electronic materials.
At the meeting, nominated by the chairman, the board of directors voted unanimously to elect Lu Yuxin as the third rotating chairman of the management committee of the board of directors. The term of office is from November 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022. The board of directors congratulated and supported Lu Yuxin on his election as the third rotating chairman; at the same time, the board of directors expressed gratitude to Chairman Deng Xinhua for his hard work and contribution to the company's development during his term of office.
On the afternoon of the same day, the directors and supervisors of the group participated in the training of "High-Level Management Organization Design". Through the training and learning, they continuously promoted the company's management reform and strengthened the construction of the management system.
On October 27, the group directors, supervisors, R&D personnel, production personnel, and sales personnel of the new electronic materials industry held a management meeting for the new electronic materials industry.
The meeting listened to reports on the operation of each industry segment, and at the same time fully discussed the development plans for the next five years of each industry, and determined the future development strategic goals.
